Also...the little picture that doesn't get bigger is the true picture. Apparently they are very ashamed of their property or else it would have the true picture, not the fake bigger picture.

First thing...this is NOT a picture of Reeds Landing on Fretz and Danforth. Reeds Landing is a disgusting place to live with a rude apt. manager. It has two levels, not four. Top floor and bottom, it does NOT have benches outside, etc... This is not and never will be a picture of the apt. complex. The aptartments have cracks in the ceilings, like they are fixing to cave in. The floors have stains all over them, the toilets overflow. My living room has 3 cracks in the ceiling, fixing to cave in. One of the cracks all the way across the ceiling flows with water at different times. I almost left one night, but Im glad I didn't because at about 10pm water just started pouring out of it like a waterfall and EVERYTHING I own would have been ruint, including my new furniture and computer that I bought with my dad's inheritance after he passed away. They fix things the way they want to fix them, the cheap and easy way. They put NO effort in fixing things properly but still they raise the rent each year...just to live in a trashier place than it was last year because the DON'T fix ANYTHING. It is like living in a trash dump. I know that when you get section8 the place is not going to be a beautiful place to live, but it could be much better than this. Its not comfortable, the people are trashy, loud and rude. I don't expect much from section8, but I expect more than this. I have brought up the subject about my ceiling many of times, but no effort/steps have been taken to fix/correct the problems. If you do not believe me, just drive by or take a look at one of the apartments. They may clean it up or fix a few things before they show you the apartment, but that is the only time it is going to look decent. All I can say is, this is not a picture of the apartment. The apartments are TRASHY!!!

My family and I are looking for a home in this area. I'd be interested in discussing this subject with potential sellers in the area. Our budget is low to mid $200,000's. A home near market value would have our attention. (Spring/Summer 2012) Regards, Harold.
